Privacy Policy

Finally Finished (“the App”) is a home repair tracking application for iOS developed by Micael Baerens Hannibal (“we”, “our”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over your data.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address and a password (stored as a secure hash). Your email is used to authenticate you, send password reset codes, and deliver account-related notifications.

Job and task data

The repair jobs you create — including titles, descriptions, status, notes, and any photos you attach — are stored on our servers so that your list is available across devices and preserved if you reinstall the App.

Usage data

We collect basic technical logs (device type, OS version, App version, error reports) to diagnose crashes and improve reliability. These logs are not linked to personally identifiable information.

• Authenticate your account and secure it.
• Store and sync your job list across devices.
• Send transactional emails (password resets, security alerts).
• Diagnose bugs and improve app performance.

We do not use your data for advertising or share it with marketing partners.

The App uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data:

• Brevo (Sendinblue) — used to send transactional emails such as password reset codes. Only your email address is shared for this purpose.

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (profile, jobs, photos) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us and we will delete the information promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
