Does my data sync across devices?
Yes. Your account is cloud-backed, so your job list is available on any iPhone you sign in to.
Can I use the app without creating an account?
An account is required to keep your data safe and synced. Registration only needs an email address and password.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen tap "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a one-time code. Enter the code to set a new password.
How do I add a photo to a job?
Open any job and tap the camera icon. You can add photos from your library or take one on the spot.
What are badges?
Badges are small recognitions earned by completing milestones — your first job, ten jobs, a hundred, and more. They show up on your profile as you earn them.
I found a bug or the app is crashing. What should I do?
Email us at micaelbaerens@gmail.com with a brief description of what happened and your device model and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your jobs and photos are removed within 30 days.
Alternatively, email micaelbaerens@gmail.com and we will process the deletion for you.
